Thank you for shopping with True Play. We ship from the United States and want your order to arrive safely.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll get an email with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping: $9.99 on orders under $75. Estimated delivery is [3–7 business days] after shipping.
- Free standard shipping: on orders of $75.00 or more.
- Express shipping: $20.00. Estimated delivery is [1–3 business days] after shipping.
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, and are estimates, not guarantees.
International shipping
We ship to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, much of Europe, and parts of Asia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t redirect a package after it ships, and we’re not responsible for orders delayed or returned because of an incorrect address.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us at trueplayadaptivetoys@gmail.com within [14] days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo if it’s damaged, and we’ll make it right.
